It was working before. Sometime after I got the Creators' Update it just stopped working.I have the Creators Update. I don't use the media player much, but I've just tested it and successfully found album information. Interestingly, the address it shows is not the one shown in your screenshot.I have found a number of relevant threads showing this problem which may be of help, some dating back to 2010 like this one.or this more recent Win7 one from 2016. The solution in this case was that the redir.metaservices. Address was blocked by the HOST table.
