I have my copy of C&C TFD and was attemping to register them in origin (also tried it on the origin web page) it told me. 'The product code you entered is not valid. Please confirm that the code has been entered correctly.'
Then I tried the othor codes on the box(Tiberium Sun, Renegade, and Red Alert 2) and still told me it was not valid.I read the forum and found same cases:As you see - the problem at these people was solved.I too addressed in support, but my same problem didn't solved.They gave to me the reference to allegedly decision canceling similar cases -you see something about it?I didn't see.The same case been solved october 2014 just 3 months ago.In my case if i want to play this games - i must buy from you these games again.I am very disappointed with such decision EA. The same cases at other users were solved quite recently.
Why you can't solve my case? DexterI would love to, however, your game is part of our legacy games and I am afraid there is no way to register the game on our end as it has been discontinue by our developers. Otherwise someone might take advantage. So edit your post and remove them.
You do not want those codes floating around.Now, the only persons that could activate your games on PC are the ones from support.Pretty sure that they will help, as First Decade is basically the new C&C Ultimate Collection. When talking to support remain calm, offer them all the needed proofs, ask if there are any means to send them proof of ownership (email or otherwise).
